New York, May 3 – Busan Bank has priced $25 million of floating-rate notes due 2024, according to a listing announcement.
The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on May 6.
Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. is lead manager and bookrunner of the Regulation S notes.
The Busan, South Korea-based bank was formerly known as Pusan Bank.
