Chicago, Oct. 19 – Quintet Private Bank (Europe) SA sold €125 million of resettable callable perpetual tier 1 capital notes (//BB-), according to a post-stabilization notice.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes were offered at par.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the bookrunner of the deal, which is expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The lender is based in Luxembourg.
