Los Angeles, Oct. 28 – KB Capital Co., Ltd. issued $300 million of 1˝% notes due 2025 (A3) on Wednesday, according to a notice.
Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB and KB Securities Hong Kong Ltd. are the bookrunners.
KB Capital is an affiliate of Seoul, South Korea-based Kookmin Bank.
