New Issue: Societe du Grand Paris prices €6 billion green bonds in two series

New York, Oct. 7 – Societe du Grand Paris priced €6 billion of green senior unsecured bonds in two tranches due 2030 and 2060, according to a market source on Wednesday.

The €3 billion 0% green bonds due Nov. 25, 2030 priced at 100.132 to yield negative 0.013%.

The €3 billion 0.7% green bonds due Oct. 15, 2060 priced at 98.278 for a yield of 0.75%.

Joint bookrunners of the 10-year bonds were Barclays, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Natixis and Nomura.

Joint bookrunners for the 40-year bonds were BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, GSBE, NatWest Markets and Societe Generale.

All proceeds will be used to finance the Grand Paris Express automatic metro.

Societe du Grand Paris is a public establishment created by the state to build a new automatic metro system in greater Paris.
