The trust invests in a diversified portfolio consisting of two equally weighted components: the High 50 Dividend Strategy, a specialized dividend-oriented strategy that seeks to provide above average total return, and the Tactical Income Closed-End Strategy, which invests in stocks of closed-end investment companies seeking high current income with capital appreciation potential.

As of Oct. 18, the trust's principal amount is $147,244, which consists of 14,873 units, each priced at $10.00 and with a net asset value of $9.655. The termination date is Jan. 15, 2013, and the estimated net annual distribution is $0.7201 per unit.
