King Mountain Tobacco reports $204,920 net loss for December

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 25 – King Mountain Tobacco Co., Inc. reported a $204,920 net loss on $2.45 million of tobacco sales for the December period, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

In comparison, the company reported a $391,982 net income on $2.52 million of tobacco sales for the November period.

The company listed $5.85 million of cash at the end of December, compared to $5.36 million at the end of November.

King Mountain Tobacco is a White Swan, Wash.-based tobacco manufacturer owned and operated by citizens of the Yakama Nation. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sept. 25, 2020 under case number 20-01808.
