Bank of Georgia buys back $2.4 million of notes due 2023

Los Angles, July 5 – Bank of Georgia Group plc announced that subsidiary JSC Bank of Georgia repurchased $2.4 million of its notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1405775880).

After the buyback, the group holds $105.7 million, or 30.2%, of the 2023 notes.

The Tbilisi, Georgia-based retail lender originally issued the notes in July 2016.
