TM Healthcare unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. trustee

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 16 – TM Healthcare Holdings, LLC’s committee of creditors holding unsecured claims was appointed Friday by Region 21 U.S. trustee Nancy J. Gargula, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The committee includes Sheryl Miller of Advanced Data Systems Corp., based in Paramus, N.J.; Tamara D. McKeown of Miami, Fla.; Dan Vacca of Winships Pharmacy, Inc., based in North Palm Beach, Fla.; Elizabeth Gold of Center for Spiritual Living Palm Desert, based in Palm Desert, Calif.; and Mary Lynn Rapier of California Department of Insurance, based in Marina Del Rey, Calif.

Stuart, Fla.-based TM operates treatment centers for the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sept. 17 under case number 20-20024.
