Temasek Financial launches euro-denominated bond two-part bond deal

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 8 – Temasek Financial Ltd. plans a dual-tranche offering of euro-denominated four-year and 10-year bonds (Aaa/AAA), according to a notice.

The bonds, identified as T2027 EUR Temasek bond and T2033 EUR Temasek bond, will be issued under Temasek’s $25 billion guaranteed global medium-term note program and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd.

Proceeds will be used by Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund their ordinary course of business.

The Regulation S notes will be traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The state-owned investment fund is based in Singapore.
