Hong Kong’s Nantong Sanjian plans new notes with minimum 10% yield

Chicago, Aug. 31 – Nantong Sanjian Overseas Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Nantong Sanjian Construction Group Co. Ltd. are conducting a new money issuance.

Pricing on the new notes is expected on Sept. 15.

The minimum yield on the notes will be 10%.

The issuance is not part of a concurrent exchange offer, but the exchange offer is conditioned upon the new money issuance.

Based in Hong Kong, the issuer is a private construction company in China which focuses on building and highway construction projects.
