Fitch gives Nomad Foods loans, notes RR2

Fitch Ratings said it assigned the senior secured loans and notes issued by Nomad Foods BondCo plc, Nomad Foods US LLC, Nomad Foods Lux Sarl and Nomad Foods Europe Midco Ltd., subsidiaries of Nomad Foods Ltd. an RR2 recovery rating and affirmed the BB+ senior secured rating.

“The RR2 rating reflects superior recovery prospects,” Fitch said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
