China’s Tencent Music plans dollar-denominated notes in two parts

Los Angeles, Aug. 24 – Tencent Music Entertainment Group plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners and also joint lead managers alongside Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd.

Proceeds from the public offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The online music entertainment company is based in Shenzhen, China.
