Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $10 million of 0% buffer gears due Nov. 30, 2026 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 116.3% of any ETF gain.
If the ETF finishes flat or declines up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
