New Issue: Barclays prices $7.1 million 7.35% trigger callable yield notes linked to two ETFs

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 18 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.1 million of 7.35% trigger callable yield notes due Dec. 6, 2024 linked to the Invesco QQQ trust, series 1 and the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date after three months.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless the laggard ETF finishes below its 65% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of that ETF.
