New Issue: Barclays prices $8.62 million market-linked notes tied to Invesco ETF

New York, Aug. 23 – Barclays Bank plc priced $8.62 million of 0% market-linked notes due Sept. 3, 2027 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the ETF is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 36%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
