Bulgaria talks benchmark euro notes due in seven, 12, 20 years

Atlanta, March 19 – Bulgaria set talk for a three-tranche issue of benchmark-sized notes due in seven, 12 and 20 years (Baa2/BB+/BBB-), a market source said.

The notes due in seven years were talked at a spread in the mid-swaps plus 190 basis points area.

The 12-year notes were talked in the mid-swaps plus 220 bps area.

And the 20-year notes were talked at a spread in the mid-swaps plus 255 bps area.

Citigroup, HSBC, Societe Generale CIB and UniCredit are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal that is expected to price on Thursday.
