Fitch rates Great Wall bonds A-

Fitch said it assigned China Great Wall AMC (International) Holdings Co. Ltd.'s proposed dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes a rating of A-. The proposed notes will be issued by wholly owned special purpose vehicle China Great Wall International Holdings V Ltd.

The notes are rated at the same level as Great Wall and it will provide a guarantee, Fitch said.

The proceeds will be used for refinancing its debt.
