Building Materials Holding official creditors committee appointed

Portland, Ore., June 26 - Building Materials Holding Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by U.S. trustee Joseph McMahon Jr., according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware

The committee consists of Robert Garcia; Michael Urbanos of Space Center Mira Loma, Inc., of St. Paul, Minn.; and Ray Sims of Atrium Cos. in Dallas.

Building Materials is a Boise, Idaho-based provider of building materials and construction services to professional residential builders and contractors. It filed for bankruptcy June 16. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-12074.
