By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 25 - Buhrmann NV's $150 million of 10-year senior subordinated notes (B2) are talked to yield 8¼% to 8½%, market sources said Friday.

The deal is expected to price on Monday.

Deutsche Bank Securities is running the books for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering. ING and BNP Paribas are joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the tender for the company's 12¼% senior subordinated notes due 2009.

Buhrmann is an Amsterdam-based supplier of office products for the business market and distributor of graphic equipment in Europe.
