Buffets final DIP financing hearing postponed to Feb. 22

Pittsburgh, Feb. 13 - The final hearing on Buffets Holdings, Inc.'s debtor-in-possession financing has been postponed to Feb. 22, according to an amended agenda filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, Buffets obtained interim access to $30 million of the $80 million DIP facility on Jan. 23.

The final hearing was originally scheduled for Feb. 13.

Buffets Holdings, a steak-buffet restaurant company based in Eagan, Minn., operates restaurants under the names Old Country Buffet, HomeTown Buffet, Ryan's and Fire Mountain. The company filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 22, and its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10141.
