Genesis Financial Solutions gets $125 million first-lien term loan

New York, July 28 – Genesis Financial Solutions got a $125 million first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Jefferies LLC acted as the placement agent on the deal.

Genesis, a Castlelake LP portfolio company, is a consumer financial services provider and servicer in the U.S. non-prime unsecured credit market.
