Moody’s gives TCL notes A1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a definitive A1 rating to the $300 million of 1.875% credit enhanced notes due 2025 issued by TCL Technology Investments Ltd. The issuer is a unit of TCL Technology Group Corp.

The notes are supported by an irrevocable standby letter of credit from the Bank of China Ltd., Guangdong Branch.
