Argentina's Buenos Aires whispers dollar benchmark notes due 2015 at 11 7/8% to 12% yield

Atlanta, Sept. 24 -Buenos Aires' planned dollar-denominated benchmark-sized issue of notes due 2015 is being whispered to yield 11 7/8% to 12%, a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which could price as soon as the Sept. 27 week.
