Moody's lifts Buenos Aires, Mendoza views to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for two local governments in Argentina to positive from stable following a similar outlook change for Argentina's B2 foreign-currency country ceiling for bonds.

The ratings affected are the City of Buenos Aires' B2 foreign-currency and Aa3.ar Argentina national scale ratings and the Province of Mendoza's B2 foreign-currency bonds due 2018. These ratings are constrained by Argentina's foreign-currency country ceiling.

The outlook for Buenos Aires' B1/Aa2.ar domestic-currency bonds and for Mendoza's B1/Aa3.ar domestic-currency issuer ratings and Aa3.ar foreign-currency bonds due 2018 remains stable.
