Fitch rates Czech Gas notes BBB+
Fitch Ratings said it gave Czech Gas Networks Investments Sarl's planned euro-denominated senior unsecured notes an expected BBB+ rating.
“The senior unsecured rating is notched up once from CGNI's long-term issuer default rating (IDR), given the dominant contribution of regulated activities to group EBITDA, which strengthens recovery prospects for senior unsecured creditors,” Fitch said in a press release.
The rating is in line with the ratings on the company’s unsecured CZK 6.75 billion, €600 million and €500 million of notes due 2026, 2027 and 2031, respectively.
The outlook is stable.
