Moody’s alters China issuers view to negative

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised its outlook for Chinese infrastructure state-owned entities to negative from stable following a similar action on China’s sovereign ratings.

The companies are CGNPC International Ltd., China Clean Energy Development Ltd., China General Nuclear Power Corp., China Huadian Corp. Ltd., China Huadian Overseas Development Management. Co. Ltd., China Huaneng Group (HK) Treasury Management Holding, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., Huaneng Power International, Inc., Sinosing Services Pte. Ltd., Kunlun Energy Co. Ltd., China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., China Southern Power Grid International Finance (BVI), China Southern Power Grid International Finance (BVI 2018).

The issuers also include China Three Gorges Corp., China Three Gorges International Ltd., China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd., Three Gorges Finance I (Cayman Islands) Ltd., Three Gorges Finance II (Cayman Islands) Ltd., Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holding Co. Ltd., Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Port Group (BVI) Development Co. Ltd., Shanghai Port Group (BVI) Development 2 Co.
