Detroit, Dec. 31 – GS Finance Corp. priced $600,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Jan. 8, 2031 tied to the BlackRock Dynamic Factor index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called with a 10% call return if the index finishes at or above its call level, 105% of its initial level, on the 2022 call observation date. For each yearly observation date after 2022, the call return will increase by 5% and the call level will increase by 2.5%.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
If the notes are not called and the final index level is equal to or less than the initial level, the return will be par.
