Moody’s assigns Taihu notes Baa3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 senior unsecured rating to the dollar-denominated notes to be issued by Taihu Pearl Oriental Co. Ltd. and guaranteed by Huzhou City Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. Moody’s rates Huzhou City Baa3.

Huzhou City plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.

The outlook is stable.
