New Issue: Equitable Financial sells $750 million 1.8% notes due 2028 at Treasuries plus 70 bps

Los Angeles, March 4 – Equitable Holdings, Inc. subsidiary Equitable Financial Life Global Funding priced $750 million of 1.8% seven-year notes at a spread of Treasuries plus 70 basis points on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The notes priced tighter than guidance in the Treasuries plus 90 bps area.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Equitable Holdings is a New York-based insurance holding company.
