S&P cuts MasMovil, rates loan B, notes B, CCC+

S&P said it downgraded Lorca Telecom (MasMovil) to B from B+ and assigned a B rating to its €800 million senior secured term loan B and €1.75 billion senior secured notes.

S&P also assigned a CCC+ rating to Kaixo Bondco Telecom's €500 million senior unsecured notes.

The outlook on both entities is stable.
