New Oriental Education & Technology plans to offer senior notes

Los Angeles, June 22 – New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. said it plans to offer senior notes outside the United States.

BofA Securities and UBS AG Hong Kong Branch are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S notes.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Beijing, New Oriental provides private educational services in China.
