By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 9 – Buckeye Partners, LP will price notes due 2027, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes (//BBB-) feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Barclays, PNC Capital Markets LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem all $300 million of the company’s 6.05% notes due Jan. 15, 2018 and repay debt under its revolving credit facility.

The refined petroleum products pipeline system is based in Houston.
