Moody's: Buckeye unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Buckeye Partners, LP's Baa2 ratings and stable rating outlook are unaffected by news that the boards of Buckeye and Buckeye GP Holdings LP have agreed to merge in an all-stock exchange.
