New Issue: Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone sells $300 million 3.4% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, June 17 – China’s Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Xinggang Investment Group Co., Ltd. issued $300 million of 3.4% notes (//BBB+) due 2023, according to a listing notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

China International Capital Corp. is the global coordinator and is a joint lead manager and bookrunner along with Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Bank of Communications, CEB International, Standard Chartered Bank, China Securities International, BOC International, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., China Citic Bank International, Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong), Guotai Junan International, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

Proceeds will be used to finance the group’s domestic projects and to refinance its domestic debt.

Listing is expected to be effective on Thursday.

Based in Zhengzhou, China, the company provides infrastructure investment and construction services.
