Moody’s rates Parkland notes Ba3

Moody’s Investors Service said it rated Parkland Corp.’s proposed $800 million senior notes Ba3.

The proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s 2025 notes, to refinance its 2026 notes and to pay down drawings on the its revolving credit facility.

The outlook remains stable.
