By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Oct. 20 - Advisors Disciplined Trust 810 has registered units of its series 2011-2 New Jersey Municipal Closed-End Portfolio, according to an S-6 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Monument, Colo.-based Advisors Asset Management, Inc.

The trust seeks to provide interest income exempt from federal and New Jersey income taxes, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The trust invests in a portfolio primarily consisting of common stock of closed-end investment companies that invest primarily in municipal bonds issued mainly by New Jersey issuers. It will normally invest at least 80% of its assets in closed-end investment companies that have a policy to invest at least 80% of their assets in New Jersey municipal bonds.

Units will be available for sale only in New Jersey. The two-year trust will launch this month.

The units will be priced at $10.00 apiece, with a minimum investment of $1,000. The maximum total sales fee of 3.95% includes a 1% initial sales fee, a 2.35% deferred sales fee and a $0.60 creation and development fee. The fee will decrease on a sliding scale to 2.45% as the size of the investment increases.
