WestRock to redeem $350 million 4% notes due 2023 on March 22

Concord, N.H., Feb. 15 – WestRock Co. issued a notice of redemption for WestRock RKT, LLC’s 4% senior notes due 2023, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $350 million of notes will be redeemed on March 22.

The corrugated packaging company is based in Atlanta.
