Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 – hsh portfoliomanagement priced $250 million of 0.625% three-year notes, according to a market source.
J.P. Morgan Securities plc was the stabilization coordinator and Citi and HSBC were the stabilization managers.
The notes will be guaranteed by the State of Hamburg and the State of Schleswig-Holstein.
The Kiel, Germany-based independent public law institution is entrusted with the task of realizing and winding-down risk positions acquired from HSH Nordbank AG and its subsidiaries.
