Chicago, March 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of yield notes due Dec. 17, 2021 linked to the shares of ChampionX Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes pay 2.25% over the term of the notes, payable at a rate of 0.75% per month.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its trigger level, 60.61279% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% stock decline below the initial level.
