Fitch rates WebPros B+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Particle Investments Sarl (WebPros) a B+ long-term issuer default rating with a stable outlook and affirmed WebPros' first-lien senior secured term loan at BB with an RR2 recovery rating.

Concurrently, Fitch said it withdrew Particle Luxembourg Sarl’s B+ rating and stable outlook since Particle Investments is now the top entity of the restricted group and the main borrower.
