BSCV disclosure hearing replaced by status conference

Portland, Ore., March 20 - A status conference was held in place of BSCV, Inc.'s hearing for approval of the disclosure statement for its plan of liquidation Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, according to a source familiar with the case.

The disclosure hearing has not yet been rescheduled.

BSCV is the former Boscov's Inc.

BSCV, a Reading, Pa.-based regional department store chain, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 4, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11637.
