Boscov's corporate name changed to BSCV following asset sale

Pittsburgh, Dec. 15 - Boscov's, Inc.'s bankruptcy cases will now be administered under the name BSCV, Inc., according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The change follows the completion of the sale of Boscov's assets.

Boscov's, a Reading, Pa.-based regional department store chain, filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 4. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-11637.
