New Issue: Bonitron prices $300 million loan participation notes for Eurotorg

Los Angeles, Oct. 16 – Bonitron DAC priced, on behalf of Eurotorg LLC, $300 million of senior loan participation notes (B-/B) at par, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Renaissance Capital are managers for the benchmark Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. Eurotorg is a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
