St. Louis, Oct. 18 - Advertising Directory Solutions Holdings Inc. (SuperPages Canada) will hold a roadshow Wednesday through Oct. 28 for its $210 million offering of eight-year fixed-rate senior notes (Caa1/B-), according to a syndicate source.

Pricing is expected to take place Oct. 28.

JP Morgan, Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and Merrill Lynch & Co. will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes come with one year of call protection, after which they will become callable at 103 with the call premium declining annually to 102, 101 and to par.

Proceeds will be used to fund Bain Capital's acquisition of the Verizon Communications' directory operations in Canada.

Burnaby, B.C.-based SuperPages is the official Telus directory publisher in Western Canada.
