Solar Capital announces four new professional hires

Chicago, May 4 – Solar Capital Partners, LLC announced the addition of four new senior professionals in a press release on Monday.

Gray Lembo joined as a partner, senior underwriter and originator.

Lembo has 25 years of experience originating and underwriting investments in middle market companies.

Eric Meyers was hired as partner and business development professional.

He has nearly 20 years of working in investment banking, focused on originating, structuring and distributing private credit to institutional investors.

Robert Burns will join as principal, focused on origination across the firm’s multicredit strategy platform.

Burns most recently served as vice president at Audax Private Debt.

Nandan Munshi has also joined as principal and senior investment professional focused on originations as a member of the life science lending team.

Munshi has 12 years of experience, mostly recently working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an executive director in commercial banking.

Solar Capital is a Securities and Exchange Commission-registered investment adviser that primarily invests directly in leveraged, U.S. middle-market companies in the form of cash flow and asset-based senior secured investments.
