New Issue: Qatar National Bank sells A$30 million 3.4% notes due 2032 at par

Concord, N.H., Feb. 2 – QNB Finance Ltd. priced A$30 million of 3.4% 10-year fixed-rate senior notes at par, according to a notice.

The notes are guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC.

The series 397 notes (A) will be issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Merrill Lynch International is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

Proceeds from the Regulation S notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
