Concord, N.H., Oct. 12 – QNB Finance Ltd. issued $20 million 1.26% notes due Oct. 13, 2024 (series 380) at par, according to a document of final terms.
The notes are guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC and were issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program. They are eligible for early redemption at par plus accrued interest for tax reasons or default or other early redemption.
BNP Paribas was the dealer of the non-syndicated offering, of which proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The notes will be issued and listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on Wednesday.
The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
