Concord, N.H., Sept. 21 – QNB Finance Ltd. priced $50 million of 2.43% notes due Sept. 22, 2031 (series 375) at par, according to a document of final terms.
The notes, which are the first tranche of the series, are guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC and are being issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program.
Credit Agricole CIB was the dealer of the non-syndicated offering, for which proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
The notes will be issued and listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on Wednesday.
The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
