New Issue: Qatar National Bank sells NZ$27 million 10-year floating-rate notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 16 – QNB Finance Ltd. priced NZ$27 million of floating-rate senior notes due Sept. 15, 2031 guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC at par, according to a notice.

The notes will bear interest at the New Zealand dollar three-month Bank Bill benchmark plus 130 basis points.

The series 374 notes will be issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program and listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Credit Agricole CIB is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
