New York, Aug. 17 – Qatar National Bank QPSC priced £40 million fixed-rate notes due Aug. 16, 2024 (A) at par, according to a company release.
The series 270 notes were sold via the lender’s subsidiary QNB Finance Ltd. on Monday under its $22.5 billion medium-term note program.
They will bear interest at 1.08%, with the first coupon payable on Aug. 16, 2022. They are non-callable.
Standard Chartered Bank was the dealer of the Regulation S issue, which is being listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The multinational commercial bank is headquartered in Doha, Qatar.
